Hey dude, i want to let you know if you upgrade your price kind like 3 or 5 dollar from the 13$ budget you will get good room that have Air conditioner and hot water also it located on one of the best culinary place on bandung. Named Fave hotel paskal. I love too stay at there and near it theres a shopping center
