Haha very cool you would mention the Netherlands in your description as a country where this is popular ^_^ I am from the Netherlands and looking up videos like this to find an authentic recipe to make for myself because I love this dish so much haha. My favorite kitchens are Indian, Thai, and Indonesian in no particular order. I just love those bold Asian flavours because for some reason in my country we owned the biggest spice trade company in the 1800's yet our own food has no spice in it at all :') All that beautiful flavour in Asian food is just a treat so in order to enjoy the process of cooking I shifted toward Asian food more and more because if you enjoy the end result more you will be more excited to cook it the next time as well.
