  2. Any requirements regarding covid???

  3. I personally loved this video. Thanks!

  4. This place used to be so doddgy

  5. Was it really worth haggling and walking all over for approx $1.25 USD for a taxi ride (Blue Bird 82.000 IDR + 100.000 IDR tip vs 200.000 IDR). I'd have taken the 200.000 IDR and given 20.000 IDR for tip knowing the fair includes most of the tip and been on my way.

  6. So grateful Youtube recommended this series to me. I had absolutely no interest in going to Indonesia…until now. 😂 The FOOD prices! WOW!!
Also, I learned German and never heard/saw Canuck being a 'bad word'.

And as we all know…(some) Germans leaving their towels on loungers all day (and not sit there for 1/2 of it ) really IS a thing! 😆🤣. My Austrian husband doesn't get it either…all German speakers are as varied as we Canadians are. And I've found there are great people everywhere!! 😍

Besides, you had me in this video at swim-up pool bar!🤩 Why sit on land BY a pool when you can sit IN a warm pool and be served drinks? Heaven!🥰 Plus, that's where the magical fun happens, longest we enjoyed was 7 hours in a Ko Phangan swim up pool bar. Haha…great times! ☺

  7. Welcome to Bali..Dude..its nice video and good gudget..what camera did u use..its..amazing pixel dude..?

  8. One thing that Bali must has is , A parking area for motorbike & Cars, in order to those vehicles are not parking in the side road.

  9. If you flight with Garuda Indonesia, they do all immigration stuff on the plane, after you touch down all immigration matters have been completed and you will go through a special passenger line directly outside the airport. That's the power of Garuda Airways.

  10. ONCE AGAIN — I watched protions TWICE, with a notebook! You're the best cannuck 😉
LOL @ taxi rate discussion/articles. People who spend attention units debating with Taxi dirvers (e.g. 100,000 vs.120,000 or ~$1.30USD) are NOT people I want to be near during life on a tropical island… I have a word for a taxi that costs less than $10 to get you from your airport to your hotel on a tropical island: FREE

  11. Good grief STL great video but I'm in hell listening to that music 😂

  12. STL As a Canadian , do you need visa to enter Indonesia? Any covid requirements ? Thanks

  13. 24:08 That is not how you chase pussy lol

  14. Missed you by one week. Maybe next time.

  15. Impressive 👌

  16. So nice to see you step in as I hate when people don't step in when a woman is being abused. My bags are packed and in 3 weeks I will finally be in Bali again, think it's about my 10th trip, would have been more but stupid covid has stopped me for a couple of years, last trip was booked for May 2020 but was cancelled due to the pandemic. I usually spend a couple of nights in legian, mainly for shopping but prefer to stay in Sanur and other areas of Bali for the majority of my stay.

  17. visited bali 6 months before the bombing . would love to go back . stayed in Sanur , but had a night out in Kuta and had a few beers in the Sari bar . Sanur definitely more your kind of place .

  18. You're right about that, a train from the airport is a saviour and I have experienced the convenience of them in many asian places. When you touch down your first fear is how much is it gonna cost to get to my hotel, and the cabbies, if your green, will F you for all they can get

  19. Bogan drunk tourists … no thanks.

  20. Not a fan of Kuta at all and avoid it like the plague. Prefer the laid back scene in Sanur.

  21. Thanks for the video. I stayed in Jalan Legian, Kuta last month. You did well, not to get ripped off by the Airport Taxi Mafia and it was your first trip!

  22. Fly Air Asia at ur own risk!.My flights delayed twice & my luggage lost!

  23. OMG so busy, too busy. let's show us a different side of Bali please!

  24. like in pre covid times . Bali is always a good travel option! i remember the rock bar (22:57 min )very well , i liked this place back in 2012, too. This corner Kuta/Legian/Seminyak is a great place for long walks, on the beach, or on the party streets and and small alleys (Poppies Lane 1/2 etc) around. That's why i always choose to stay in the middle in Legian and then explore the surroundings. One of my favorite places back in the days was the La Plancha Bali beach bar in Seminyak , great place for the sunset and evening time.

  25. Love your work STL. Looking forward to a Bali trip in December. Great to see it is lively.

  26. Interesting. Never been to Bsli…
Too many bogan Aussies ( I am aussie)
I keep watching . I prefer Bkk chang Mai. Or anywhere in Vietnam 😀

  27. Was in Bali I'm July and August. Seemed a lot busier than Thailand. Nusa Penida and Gili Air had lots of travelers and a good atmosphere. Good times. Thanks STL!

  28. I paid $40 Australian to get to the hotel lol I’m not good at bargaining to Kuta as well

  29. Check out the legend bar on a sat night I think it’s a really good show , flame juggler

  30. Very easy flights no issues from Melbourne

  31. Love Bali it’s my 2nd home I’m Aussie 🙂 spewing just missed you I was there 2 weeks ago , enjoy 😊

  32. Another classy and informative video from STL! Trying to get to Da Nang or Quy Nhon and the beach before heading to Bangkok but bad weather not letting up for a week here. Can't wait to see more of Bali and the beaches. Keep them rolling in STL:) Thanks!

  33. Please display prices in USD or CAD as well. Thanks.

    Canuck here.

  34. So excited your in Bali, make sure you go to nusa lembongan and if you do look up our good friend blackie from island time for snorkelling with manta rays and a tour of penida ❤

  35. I was in Bali in 98 and spent every night in the sari club – it was the place to go! Terrible about the bombing.

  36. Used to be a great place as an aussies long weekend, the north of the Island was quite, but the place has changed, not a place I would go anymore

  37. Looking forward to a warm little beach shack getaway that I know you will find🤗🥰

  38. Many many bars. Everywhere live music
