3. Tempuyak (Fermented Durian)
4. Bagar Hiu (Shark Rendang)
5. Caluk (Fermented shrimp)
In other areas:
– Papua, people eat Palm worm with palm powder, instead of rice
– Lombok, people eat Sea worm
– Somewhere in Java people eat soil, banana trees, flying ants
– Madura, people eat corn instead of rice
– somewhere in NTT people eat sweet potatoes or casava, instead of rice
