Not sure where those street food were, I assume it was in Pecenongan Jakarta. the pempek you tried probably not the best, but once you got the best authentic pempek palembang you will be surprised, if you don't like the sauce (cuko) you can eat the fish cake (pempek) itself is already yummy. for the sweet martabak, try to visit Bandung, the street food is really mouth watering (only for tasty concious people LOL ๐คฃ๐คฃ). Everytime I'm visiting Indonesia the street food always make me "Kalap" ๐๐
Gostei tanto do atendentes da primeira barraca pareceram tรฃo brasileiros e simpรกticos
A comida de rua parece muito com pastel brasileiro? Poderia me dizer se รฉ apenas impressรฃo visual?
Sate Taichan is Big No, Most people in Indonesia don't really like it, Sate with peanut and sweet soya sauce is the one that everyone loves in here
Sate Makanan Favorit ku

I am triggered by so little information you have about Indonesian food. Despite so many similarities between Indonesia and Singapore and Malaysia, we have to remember that Indonesia has 17 thousand (although only around 14 thousand are 'real' islands), hence there are so many culture and food that are not known even for Indonesian Indonesian themselves. SATAY or meat skewers have soooooo many version in Indonesia. The one that you know, satay with peanut sauce, is only from ONE small island in Indonesia, Madura. It became so popular that it is even getting labelled as sate Indonesia. But there are so many more satay without peanut sauce and they are all ORIGINAL: sate padang (with sticky curry sauce) , sate ambal (with tempeh-based sauce) , sate Winong (satay with sweet soy sauce), sate lilit (fish-coconut skewers without sauce) sate maranggi, sate buntel, sate kere, etc. Sate taichan is a new version of sate and it was said to be inspired by the Japanese Yakitori version. The one you called MSG, is actually mushroom stock. That was because in Yakitori, you can also eat the chicken skewer with salt on the side. The fish cake I assume was empek empek from Palembang, and the sauce was not soy sauce. It was not even close to the taste of any soy sauce. It was vinegar or tamarind and palm sugar and garlic. Anyway, I know that you are not a food blogger, but I hope your knowledge will be expanded with your experience in Indonesia
that is not soy sauce. brown sugar/gula jawa chillie, tamarind and salted dry radish. that is the original ingredients recipe
for me … best sauce for sate always peanut sauce โค๏ธโค๏ธ

24:38 "new and improved sates" ouch. sate padang is traditional asf though lmao
Our sate/satai concept is any food that served on stick…
it's called sate because it's served on stick.
sate madura, the popular one, mostly people just say sate/satai…
you can put fruits on stick, and it will called fruit sate, any food that served on stick will called as a sate.
That's our sate/satai concept.
Becareful when eatings satays and bakso un indonesia .
Simetimes its not a berf or chicken but a snake or dog meats.
Cannot be trusted.
For the pancake you can tell him what you want less example the condensed milk even the drinks wheter you in malaysia or indonesia
Yiu can always tell them not too sweets whatever you want .same to the foods if you do not want the sauce or either you want it less just tell them .All up to you.
Msg depends on which country made it .
If china thats dangerous no good .if in sungapore its safe and its has becomings a vitamins foods .tested in the labs uts made differently .
So their made us the main concerns uts basically made from tapioca what I understands if I am not mistaken ..
21:09 ivana is the real victim here LOL
In KL, you can find that satay Padang or we call it sate Minang in Kampung Baru, sell by many Indonesians who live there. Itโs enak for me!
there is no reserch or paper that proved MSG is bad. its just like " 2 liters water a day" kinda believe, but like anything else too much of it can be dangerous
FYI: MSG is naturally present in meat
