1. Bakso Malang (Malang's Meatballs) it's kind of bakso variety came from Malang the city at Java
2. Pecel Tempe ( Tempe Veggies Salad) its kind of vegies food ingridients with spinach, kangkung(water spinach), bean sproud, long bean, and fermented soybean called tempe..dressing with peanut sauce with kafir lime leaves fregrent
3. Kerak Telor its kind of sticky rice with dry coconut and spicy mix with duck or chicken egg, then toping by fried onion dry coconut
4. Nasi Goreng Kambing/Kebuli Style (Goat Fried Rice): its variety of fried rice ingridients of rice, chop of goat meat, curry spices and ghee( butter oiled from animals ex. Goat, camel, cow)
Even Indonesian street vendors are cleaner than India.
