The fruit which one you tried (the brown one) its called dukuh .. there is no name in english because its a tropical fruits.

On 15:59 that crackers actually made from cow's skin, we called it "Karupuak Jangek". Karupuak means crackers, Jangek means Skin. In other parts of Indonesia called Kerupuk Kulit.
