tbh. the first place is not that good if i remember correctly and kinda pricey because of that. but maybe when they come to their place they make it to be more careful with the taste or both of them is being kind. or it's just not suit my taste at all.
I just want to say this as local, and afraid if some tourist let this review to be their choice and feel regret come to indonesia because of the taste is disappointing.

I rather eat at street if looking for flavour than go to cafe
Just reminder when culinaring in Indonesia to close it with warm drinks (warm water or tea) that have no sugar because lots of Indonesia cuisines have high level of oil and sugar.
And for me the best City that has the best dishes is Solo city with unbelievable low price.
