Kota Indah (Jayakarta) is one of the best little red light districts in ALL of Asia. Beats Bangkok by a mile, nothing in Singapore nor Malaysia even close. There are a few spots in India and in the Philippines were you can find similar value, but considering how hot and young the Indonesian girls are, the cost (less than 400.000 rupiah/hour) and the great eager-to-please service, its simply unbeatable. Its not the most "user friendly" (for non Indonesian speakers), but if tourists speak slowly and are polite they can have huge fun here. Best StarMoon, Second place New Sari Ayu, third place Royale, Fourth place LA with MTR being a hit or miss (sometimes incredibly diamonds in the rough at MTR). Won't regret repeated visits here. Gulp.
