The capsule hotel is expensive. Becoz in Bali, you can get a very fine & modern hostel for just Rp 80,000. The kind of hostel that you'd find in Singapore. But yes again Surabaya is one of Indonesia's financial centers. So, it's expected to be more expensive than other cities or areas.
