I'm from The Netherlands and i'm familiar with all of these dishes as they are very popular and common here too (bc of colonialism ofc, the same way curries and other Indian food is so popular in the UK 🙃). It's nice to see them try these!

I would recommend them to also feature Malaysian food but that;s ok that they choose Indonesia as representative for our region. It's not surprising that Mustafa likes it, he also likes Lasagna (italian), Mexican dishes. His choices are cuisines from cultures that are world known for great food. He truly have a great taste in food

As a white european I declare the indonesian food to be the best of all around the world. And ive been.places. any chinese indo restaurant is a winner, the moluku restaurants instant winners. Been to indonesia couple of times nomather what dish u choose its the best. The only thing I didnt like was the stink fruit. That was horrible.
